Hi!

How can I translate "atlante" in this case?

It's a vade mecum (for designers) about the several uses of different colours and of their combination with materials.

Does colour/chromatic "handbook" sound good?

"Colour Atlas" is the most literal translation and probably fits best.

Colour Handbook sounds just fine, but I like "Colour Atlas."
Also "The Complete Guide to Colour."
