Hello,
How would you say "au coeur de l'actualité" ?
In the heart of current events ?
Y a-t-il un équivalent de cette expression française en Anglais ?
Merci d'avance

Could you give more context please?
I was thinking of 'a burning issue': Tibet's situation is a burning issue at the moment.

But it all depends on what you intend to say. I can't think of an idiom that would be the equivalent of 'au coeur de l'actualité'. But I'm no native.

AT the heart of current events would make more sense in english.
Other suggestions I can think of would be a burning issue/ today's hot topic/ the thing everyone's talking about/on everyone's lips.

Be careful though because those suggestions all imply that the subject is popular.
