On a déjà des problème et un autre survient. Alors un de plus, un de moins...
"Au point où j'en suis, je peux bien supporter ça en plus".

It depends on the context. Stages exist in psychology (stages of development for example) or in medicine (stages of treatment or the stage of one's cancer or disease), and of course in theater but in a very different way. In every day language, I don't hear it that often.

I think "after what I've been through" might fit into (is this how to say it, "to fit into" ?) many uses of "au point où j'en suis".
