Hi folks:

Is there someone who could help me ===> ?????

I'm in front of a complicated text about telecomunication and mobile phone services. The problem comes with the next phrase:
"en caso de que persista el problema abrir un aviso de incidencia". The meaning of the sentence is clear: if the problem keeps on happening, start the known procedure.

I hope I'm wright. The real question is how to translate "aviso de incidencia"...

The meaning of "abrir un aviso de incidencia" is to call the Service Desk or Help Desk to generate a ticket or a service request form.

Literally it could be "incident notice", tech support usually calls it "ticket".
