Hello,

What is the difference between "award" and "judgement" in the context?

Any diputes arising from the agreement its execution through termination shall be referred to arbitration... Awards shall be final and binding on the parties and judgement upon any award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Thank you for your attention.

I'm not an attorney, but it sounds like "awards" are the dollar amounts or other compensation that the arbitration panel decides one party owes the other, and the judgement is the court order that, by force of law, requires the payment of the awards.
