I suppose those could be used to describe the same dish, but neither is something I commonly see on menus. If you want us to come up with a word, it would help if you could describe the cooking method you're thinking of in detail. If you've seen these two terms somewhere, please tell us where.
Baking and roasting are essentially the same thing. If I were to differentiate, I could roast something over an open fire, but I bake things in an oven or some other closed space and not in direct physical contact with the heat source.
