Salve a tutti,
From 26 december 2019 to the date of this Deed, the Fund represents that company X initiated and carried forward a number of debt recovery actions against company Y, including the filing of the lodgement of claim in the statement of liabilities of the Bankruptcy for the overall unsecured credit of Euro 20.000,00. With the enforced statement of liabilities, the Court admitted the unsecured credit of company X for the sum of Euro xxxx, hereinafter referred to as the “Bankruptcy Assignable”.
Bancarotta cedibile? Cedibile fallimentare?
Grazie a tutt*!
