What tools do you take with you when you go for a long trip?
1) It's all based on need.
2) It all depends on need.

Are they both correct? If so, which is better in this situation? Thank you.

    I take the tools I will need on the trip.
    It depends on what I will need.
    It depends on need.
    That depends on what I need.

    It all depends on what I need.
    That all depends on what I need.
    It all depends -- what will I need?
    It all depends on my needs.

    My decision is based on need.
    Deciding is based on need.
    It's based on need.
