Basque: naute / nauten

[Saimdusan]

I found the following sentence in the Elhuyar dictionary:

acabo de empezar a trabajar y todavía no sé en qué departamento me ubicarán
lanean hasi berria naiz eta oraindik ez dakit zein sailetan kokatuko nauten

Based on the nor-nork table I would have expected “naute”. Is there any difference? Are both forms correct?

I'm stretching my memory of Basque, but isn't that naute with the subordinating suffix -(e)n attached to it because it's subordinate to dakit?
