Bathroom breaks

Senior Member
I guess "bathroom breaks" reffer only to workers while they are in job? or could it be something else?
Thanks for helping.

Today, unions are more important than ever to the survival of the middle class. Corporations have tremendous power over our lives, dictating everything from bathroom breaks to health care for millions of Americans.

Yes. A bathroom break is a (usually specified) period of time for which you can take a break from work, when you can visit the bathroom if you like. I believe many factories and assembly lines have specific times and durations for such breaks.
