When you say ' he/ or she is in good physical shape', does it mean' he or she is healthy or he/and she has a nice figure? Which one is correct?

To me, it means healthy, fit and strong... which also has an element of physical attractiveness. But it doesn't specifically mean a nice figure unless someone says it rather slyly and with a smirk... maybe even a wink if he thinks you're slow to understand his real meaning.
