    Can somebody help me with this sentence,its hard to understand for me:

    BE LIKE A DUCK. STAY CALM ON THE SURFACE BUT PADDLE LIKE HELL UNDERNEATH

    Don't let people see how hard you're working.

    (A duck swimming in a pond seems to be moving without effort, but under the surface of the water, it's kicking its feet very hard.)

    I've never heard it said that way, I really like it compared to how I've heard it. It goes: I'm as calm as a duck swimming in a pond, I seem cool and collective on the exterior but under the surface I'm paddling like a motherfuckee
