    Hi everybody,
    1. The sauce should reduce to one cup (by boiling).
    Is the above sentence grammatically correct?
    Should I re-write as below:
    "The sauce should be reduced to one cup (by boiling)."

    It's grammatically correct the way it is.

    Do you mean the above both are correct?
