Weirdly enough, "to be up to do something" and "to be down to do something" mean the same thing. They both mean that one wants to do something that has already been suggested.

I want to go to the gym. SPEAKER 1
Yeah me too, I'm down. (or I'm up to go)

Do you want to see the movie now?
--Yeah, I'm down to see it.

Of course these are slang expressions. I am also looking for something other than Lust/Bock haben. Thanks!

Willst du weggehen?
Ja, ich bin dabei.
