'beautiful trouble'

Following paragraph is from the novel 'slaughterhouse-five'.

I taught creative writing in the famous Writers Workshop at the University of Iowa for a couple of years after that.
I got into some perfectly beautiful trouble, got out of it again.
I taught in the afternoons. In the mornings I wrote. I was not to be disturbed. I was working on my famous book about Dresden.

What does underlined clause imply? Beautiful trouble?
