Hello.

1a. I offered him a nest made of a covered box, bedded with straw and with a round doorway cut in the front. (Korea university entrance exam)

Is 'bedded' omitted before 'with a round doorway' like 1b? Or are 'bedded with straw' and 'with a round doorway cut in the front' indepentent respectively like 1c?

1b. I offered him a nest made of a covered box, bedded with straw and bedded with a round doorway cut in the front.
1c. I offered him a nest made of a covered box, bedded with straw and with a round doorway cut in the front.

Thank you always~.

"Bedded" refers to the inside lining of the bird house. "Bedded with straw" is a distinct thing.

Bedded + round doorway have no relationship to one another. :) Thus, it's not used because it would not make sense. :)
