This is a question of tenses.

The game has begun means one thing; The game began means another.

The game has began means nothing and is incorrect grammar.

    Welcome to the forum.

    begin - infinitive
    began - past form
    begun - past participle

    "Began" can't follow "has".

    You can say,

    It began
    or
    It has begun.

    Practise the structures of tenses.
