Two people are talking about government subsidies. One of them says that all of these groups (the Sugar Association, The
National Livestock and Meat Board, National Beef Council, National Dairy Council, The Milk Board, and the Grocery
Manufacturers Association) have so much power and infuence over the Farm Bill, and over any kind of legislation that takes place.

The other one replies: There’s no one really being a big voice for what is good for you. (Voices of the Food Revolution/John Robbins)

Does he mean that there is no influential organization or person who would take care of the things (like food) which are good/healthy for people?
