    I am not sure I understand the first question...

    Unstressed o's don't exist at all; an o in an unstressed position always turns into an a, and it's pronounced more clearly than the Russian unstressed "a" (which is schwa-like, as you know). This phenomenon is called аканне (аканьне).

    Yes, the Belarusian g is fricative as in Ukrainian but there are a few exceptions.

    I only know Дoбры дзень and can imagine some people using Дабрыдзень with a stressed ы. Дабры would have to be stressed on the first syllable and that's nonsense to me.
