I need this to translate into Russian to certify for one of the students from Bangladesh?

@Andrew1980 , I asked an acquaintance from Bangladesh, and he never heard of it. But it could mean that he never needed that particular certification.
Can you provide the exact source? He might be able to help.

Actually, there is a link in the post, if does not work just Google HSC Certificate and in Pictures you will see plenty of them with DBCHC (in the upper left corner) issued in Dhaka
