Are both sturctures above correct and accepted in English?

    "Best wishes for your exam" is correct. The preposition "in" is normally only used when you say to someone "Good luck in your exam".

    "Best wishes to you in University”

    “Good luck in Unuversity”
    “Good luck to you in University”

    Are both pairs correct if a venue is added?
