    It's in a video. The company claim to offer a great customer experience and says it cares of it's customers. Nothing more, all the video is about that.

    It isn't very meaningful.
    In general a moment in time is a short, single event.
    These people say that their efforts to understand their customers is MORE than that. It's definition #6 for beyond in our dictionary.
