There's a similar old fashioned greeting in Greek, after one welcomes you: «Καλώς σας βρήκα» [kaˈlɔs sas ˈvri.ka] --> (you're) found well (2nd p. pl. formal).
So, it goes like this:
-«Καλώς ήλθατε!» [kaˈlɔs ˈil.θa.te] --> (You are) welcomed («ήλθατε» is 2nd. p. pl. aorist form of 1st p. sing. «ήλθα», I came, arrived).
-«Καλώς σας βρήκα!» [kaˈlɔs sas ˈvri.ka] --> (you're) found well (the thinking is that I find you well, in sound form, and healthy).
It's a reply only used after one welcomes you.
