    Hello,

    Merci d'avance

Mon Robert & Collins donne a clean-living person — would it fit, or is it only used to denote a healthy life (no drugs alcohol etc.)?

I'd say "yes" and "no". A clean-living person, in the US at least, is often a religious person. Their religious beliefs lead them to be clean-living. But it isn't necessarily the case. It is possible to be clean-living without being religious. So it depends on the person, and you need to know something about them before you can decide what all the term implies.
