Bonjour,

"Welcome to www. .... .com!" pour dire "Bienvenue sur www. ... .com"?

Merci d'avance
:)

    Actuellement on a
"Welcome to the new ZZZ website"
    "Welcome to ZZZ new website"

    which one is correct ?
And if it's the second one, should I say
    ZZZ new website
    or
    ZZZ's new website ?

    Thanks

Oh and by the way ..
Why cant' we say "welcome ON this website" but "welcome TO this website" ??

    Thanks again

As a greeting, just accept that it's always welcome to. You don't say welcome on or in anything, unless the sentence continues: "...on board [the name of ship]."

As a non-greeting, sentences such as you are very welcome in our home or ...on our website are quite OK.

As for your subsidiary question, the usual rules for possessives apply:
Welcome to the new ZZZ website
    Welcome to ZZZ's new website
