Hello, I'm trying to translate the "terms of use agreement" section of a Web site..., and I'm finding it hard to translate this frase: BINDING ARBITRATION.
The closest thing I could come up with was this: ARBITRACIÓN VINCULANTE.
This is the context:
"...Any legal controversy or legal claim arising out of or relating to this agreement or our services, excluding legal action taken by to collect or recover damages for, or abtain any injuction relating to, site operations, intellectual property and our services, shall be settled solely by BINDING ARBITRATION in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of JAMS..."

Thanks in advance.

I think binding arbitration could be also translated/interpreted as "arbitraje conclusivo". Arbitraje obligatorio is OK too I guess. Sure it is mandatory to participate in binding arbitration and in that sense it could be intrerpreted/translated with that meaning but the goal is to avoid/end a legal quarrel, therefore "conclusivo" could be an option. Right? Wrong?
