It is not until you became ill that you realize its blessing.

    No, it does not make sense as it stands.

    “Became” is in the wrong tense, and you haven’t explained what “its” refers to.

    I made a spelling mistake. "Became" should be "become". I used "its" to refer to "the healthy condition". "Blessing" can be used like that sentence?

    Blessing can be used. But “its blessing” only works if it makes sense in the context that you haven’t provided (that is, in relation to the previous text).

    But you could, for example, say: It is not until you become ill that you realize what a blessing good health is.
