Is there a Spanish equivalent of "blight violation"?

Blight violation is a violation of a local ordinance, similar to a public nuisance. The precise definition varies by local area, but examples may include change in land use without a permit, lack of exterior property maintenance, or trash accumulation. It often involves something unsightly, offensive, or hazardous that lowers property values or threatens public safety.

  • @elroy In Puerto Rico we have something similar: a law focusing on estorbo(s) público(s).
Here is additional info.
    Hope that helps.

Legal translation is problematic because in many cases there is a lack of equivalence in terms and concepts between legal systems that are different, as in this case (Common Law system to Civil Law system).

My translation of "blight violation" would be:
"Infracción al régimen Urbanístico" or "Infracción Urbanística"
