Good morning!
I was reading a recipe for garlic soup, and I can't understand "blitz":"...when everything seems ready, blitz the mixture, remove from the heat...". I am afraid I have a lack of imagination, and that "attack" doesn't fit in this context.
Many thanks :) a m

Good morning to you too, a malta.

    Wiktionary agrees with heypresto:

    3. (cooking) To purée or chop (food products) using a food processor or blender. To make nut roast, you have to blitz the nuts in the food processor before adding the parsley and breadcrumbs.
