blow tree slanted / crooked / askew

In this picture, the tree doesn't stand straight after the strong wind.

1. The wind blew the tree slanted.
2. The wind blew the tree crooked.
3. The wind blew the tree askew.

I think "crooked tree" refers to the twisted branch, so this word is not good for this picture. "askew" is correct but not commonly used. "slanted" is best here, it means the tree is at an angle.

Am I correct? Thank you.
