blow (wind instruments)

I am a musician studying Italian at The University for Foreigners in Perugia.
I am asked what instruments I play and I want to answer
"I can play anything you can pluck or hit but nothing that you have to blow or bow."
Suonare doesn't cut it for this because it relates to the playing of all musical instruments.
So how can I say that I don't 'blow or bow'? I know (or at least think)that bow is arcodare.

not bow as in "inchino"
