    If Bob Marley lived today, he would have been 60 today.

    Is the above correct? I mean the grammatical correctness.

    It's grammaticaly correct but it implies that today is Bob Marley's birthday, if that's not what your trying to say then I would recomend:
    If Bob Marley were alive today, he would be 60. or he would be 60 years old

    I agree with the tree. But both meanings would be better with the suggestion "if Bob were alive....
