I want to post some pictures of book on facebook to sell them.

Books to sell.Call 123 if interested.
Books for sale.Call 123 if interested.

Are both“books to sell” and “books for sale” accepted when making the advertisement?

Books to sell. Call 123 if interested. :cross: You could say, however, 'I have some books to sell'.
Books for sale. Call 123 if interested. :tick: This is very typical wording for an ad.

Note that we always put a space after a punctuation mark.

Are both“books to sell” and “books for sale” idiomatic as the title of an advertisement?
    No.
To sell is transitive and "Books to sell", can sound as if the books are going to sell something.

Are there any books for sale?

Is the first sentence accepted as the second sentence?
