Hi. I didn't understand what the speaker was exactly saying.
This is a conversation between the police chief and a female detective.

Chief: Just get your butt out there and do the work. 'cause if you don't, I'm gonna boot you back to vice so fast, your head's gonna spin.
Detective: Understood, Captain. I'm on it.

My problem is Chief's word. Is he saying that he is going to push her back to spin so fast or something? I'm not sure what "boot" and "vice" meant.

Thank you in advance!

Let me rephrase that sentence for you: "I will transfer you back to the Vice Squad so fast that your head will spin".

He uses the verb to boot meaning he will literally kick her out and into the other Squad.

Ah! I'm ashamed of myself... I totally got wrong. Never thought of the Vice Squad. Thank you! I'm grateful for your help.
