Booto ni notte iru otokonoko to onnanoko

I'm just starting to learn Japanese, and I have a quick question. Does the topic title translate to "A boy and girl are riding on a boat"?

Welcome to the WR forums, FirePoet! :)

This is not a sentence but a relative clause that means what Cheshire has already translated. There have been several posters who were interested in the same constrution. I hope you find useful comments in the following threads:

Please also let me remind you that I have edited your first post so that the main body includes the question. As the title may be edited for the needs of the forum, the question should be explicit in the post body itself. Thank you for understanding.
