In my opinion yes, it is.
Bottega - botteguccia fits well on a place where one-off things are made.
A Bottega is a small shop or workshop. The ancient botteghe where you could buy food got more and more rare. Today the meaning is much closer to a place where something special is done: something related to art, jewellery, design, and so on. The word was a bit overused in the '80s and 90's for naming "elegant" activities, from jewels to expensive types of bread. In your case, it mantain its native freshness. My opinion, of course.
