The baby is breasfeeding
The baby is being breast-fed.
Which one is correct?
I found many hits on google that mean the first one is also correct, so a little bit confused. Thank you.

    There's an old English saying: young women shouldn't take the advice of elderly gentlemen on the pill. I'm no great expert on parturition but I think you can only say the second. A woman breast-feeds her child, and the baby, even if female, is a bit young to be doing that.
