hello, How I Could translate "bubble-ish" into spanish in this context?

"I know it sounds bubble-ish, but we thought, why not have a spàce to help incubate new companies?

pomposo, cursi, maybe?

    In English, better than "bubble-ish" would be "silly." But it seems to me that you're shooting yourself in the foot. Why start by knocking yourself down? Why not say, "We thought, why not have a way [not space or place] to incubate [or develop] new companies?"
