Budget impact flag of "YES"

Hi everyone!!

I'm translating a text about procurement savings and it says: "In the BRT (Benefit Reporting Tool), pre-populated related savings initiatives are given a Budget Impact flag of “YES” on the coverage field. The amount pre-populated should be reflected in the country budget and EA."

I can understand the meaning but I cannot reflect it in Spanish. My try "En la BRT, a las iniciativas de ahorro relacionadas previamente cumplimentadas se les da una bandera del impacto presupuestario de “SI” en el campo de cobertura. La cantidad rellenada previamente debe reflejarse en el presupuesto del país y EA."

Can anybody help me with that translation?

Del lenguaje, me suena como si fuera algun tipo de herramiento de softare (el texto hace referencia a Reporting Tool, flags y fields).

En otro archivo da ejemplos de casos prácticos y dice así:

Budget Impact Flag

1€ expense reduction is:

• YES if initiative is in the profit plan as 9€
• NO if initiative is not in the profit plan as 10€

I think flag is more like señal in this context.
