Hi everyone
I wonder why the structure "build better society" is incorrect? "society" is an uncountable noun so there is no need for using an article for it, but I search on the internet and find out "society" comes with "a".
thank you in advance

yes of course, but I made the sentence: It is highly recommended that governors and policy-makers improve the cognition of people for building better society for them.

'Society' is commonly uncountable, but in this sentence we are comparing two versions of society: the present one, and a better one in the future. So, as we are thinking of two of them, here we treat it as a countable society.
