Buinis (last name)

  • Hi lwayne and welcome. :)

If I'm not wrong this is a dialect from a northern area of Italy (Friuli). It is very different from "official" italian: I could barely understand the context. Let's see if any forero speaks "friulano"...

    Ciao :) Walnut

    Hi lwayne,

that buinis is dialect for buoni, in English "good". The root is Latin (bonus), it might have something to do with your surname, but who can tell for sure!

    Thanks very much!
