Bulgarian: веза and греба

Why do Bulgarian verbs веза and греба change their emphasis in aorist form?

They generally don't in the standard language. In Western dialects such as in Sofia they change the stress on many verbs but that's not correct. These words are more like exceptions I guess. I'm not aware of any rule.
