I think native speakers say "The bulletin board said that the community center will be closed until Sunday." ( I am talking about the real board in real life, not something on a website.)

I think a bulletin board has more than one sheet of paper posted on it.
What is the noun to describe one piece of paper that says that, a message, note, post, piece of paper?

I'd like to use it in the blank as follows:
"One_____ on the bulletin board said that the community center will be closed until Sunday."

(I wrote these sentences all by myself. )

Thank you.

"Message" looks natural to me in that sentence about a message you found on the bulletin board. "Announcement" and "notice" also make sense.
