How would you say the word "Bus" in Portuguese? I know that in Portugal they say AutoCarro, but what about Brasil and the African countries?

In Brazil, the translation would be: "ônibus".
But, in the streets, you may hear: "busum", "bus" (both with a Portuguese pronounciation of the "u"), "humilhante" (this in Minas Gerais and up), and other variations.
