In a business context, I want to express a business woman's strengths as:
Marketing and finance experience, Strategic thinking, Idea to execution.

Could I call these things as business strengths, or are they acceptable in terms of wording? Any better ideas?

"Strengths" seems fine, to me, daniel. You may also see "expertise". I'm sure there are other possibilities, too.

Does "idea to execution" make sense? It has an odd ring to my ear.

I assumed it was a type of skill she has, like strategic thinking, although I've never heard of it before. I'm guessing it means she can come up with an idea, and follow it through to execution. It does sound a little odd, but perhaps that's the standard term.
