Which would be (more) correct?
(1) Present this coupon by December 12, 2012 and receive 20% off any one item!
(2) Present this coupon until December 12, 2012 and receive 20% off any one item!

I originally thought that only "by" could make sense, but Google found me some examples with "until" as well.

    Only sentence (1) is correct.

    Many things that are incorrect may be found with Google. Google records everything; it makes no judgment concerning grammar, and many people speak and write incorrect English.

    In fact, Google has already recorded both of your sentences, both the correct one and the incorrect one. :)
