Cadenceur

I am looking for the good translation for "cadenceur" in the following sentence :

"Un convoyeur d’arrivée produits avec cadenceur par 3"

This will be integrated in the description for a case packer. This is a system to regulate the input of the products arriving in a single file so that they move per 3 in that case. --------- and then --- --- ---

Several sources suggest rate regulator, although I'm sure there must be something better than that.
