Call back survey - marketing

Hi everyone,

I'm translating a marketing presentation and I have a list of activities, which include doing "call back surveys." Unfortunately, there is no context. It's just a list of activities. Does anyone a) what that means and b) how to translate into Spanish?

Encuesta reiterativa.
Una 'call back survey' es un tipo de encuesta donde el encuestador tiene que insistir tratando de establecer la entrevista con el encuestado sin no lo pudo lograr en el primer intento.
Tambien puede referirse a un encuestado que está dispuesto a contestar a otras encuestas en el futuro.
