In the FR-EN Dictionary under the entry camionneur, an additional entry should be added for camionneuse (f.) -- diesel dyke (extremely masculine -acting woman--often but not always lesbian).

Well, ok to add, though this word is now outdated, at least since power steering for trucks.

Diesel dyke has nothing to do with power steering or trucks--just like camionneuse, it's a slang term for a very butch, masculine-acting female!
