I heard a little girl say: "Something that makes me really happy is camp balloon."
Has anyone ever heard "camp balloon"?
    Is it a hot-air balloon?

I have no idea. I saw her on Youtube.
Do you mean it's a Kenyan way to say hot-air balloon?

I ask because there is, for example, the Governors' Camp Balloon Safaris Mara, Kenya – which is balloon safaris promoted by Governors' Camp. It would be easy to think of these hot-air balloons as "camp balloons."

And other "camp" facility that has hot-air balloon rides could be thought of the same way. Keep in mind, however, that I'm just guessing. "Camp balloon" is nothing I've heard before.
